Primates should pick our first among equals with Foley Beach

“The whole system was set up for a colonial age” says Foley Beach chair of the Gafcon movement. Like many here at Gafcon in Kigali, Rwanda he’s got a mind for the future. Is Gafcon a church? rather than being that he says it's a para-church, an organisation aimed at helping rescue people who need help, in many cases having to build a church. Just like Gafcon did in aiding his church, the Anglican Church in North America set up. As for anglican structures, he thinks the primates need to be able to pick their "first among equals".
